Medical Records Access Request:
Access to Health Records is a request that is for medical records only, that relates to a living or deceased patient. Please note that Medical Records are not subject to GDPR’s right to erasure in accordance with the Access to Health Records Act 1990 and that GDPR only relates to living individual’s personal data.

Subject Access Requests:
All information we hold about a living individual (which can include Medical Records as well as all other data we hold about them) or a request about information held that does not include Medical Records i.e. a specific request concerning the receipt of marketing information.
